My iPod classic 160 GB will no longer sync with my iTunes library.MediaMonkey 4.1.29 adds compatibility with iOS 14 devices MediaMonkey 4.1.30 fixes compatibility with iTunes 12.10.9 MediaMonkey 5.0 / 4.1.31 fix issues with older iPods and iTunes compatibility I have tried all suggestions that I’ve read online and nothing has worked. My iTunes is up-to-date with the latest version, here is what is happening when I connect my iPod classic to my windows 10 laptop. DirectX is a set of components in Windows that allows software, primarily and especially games, to work directly with your video and audio hardware. I click on the iPod icon and it brings me to the page where it shows software version 2.0.5, when I go down to the audio bar, it shows that I have a 9394 songs I just downloaded yesterday, another 50 or 60 songs onto my laptop but these will not transfer to my iPod classic. ![]() Games that use DirectX can use multimedia accelerator features built-in to your hardware more efficiently which improves your overall multimedia experience. When I hit the sync button on the bottom right, The iPod shows that it is sinking but just for about 30 seconds and then it goes back to connected, also at the top of the laptop screen it will flash start sink for a fraction of a second and then go back to the iPod icon. ![]() I have tried everything, I do not want to restore my iPod and risk losing all the songs I have paid for. If anyone has any new suggestions I would certainly appreciate it.
